Anti-CBX5 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody targets CBX5 (HP1 alpha) and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-191 of human HP1 alpha. It has been validated for Western blot (1:500-1:2,000), IHC-P (1:50-1:200), ICC/IF (1:50-1:200), IP (0.5 µg-4 µg antibody for 200 µg-400 µg extracts of whole cells), ChIP (1:20-1:100) and ELISA (1 µg/ml starting concentration) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 22 kDa.
