Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CBX4, offered by Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies range. It is an unconjugated antibody raised in rabbit and reactive with human and mouse samples. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and is supported by two scientific validation images.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human CBX4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CBX4 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified using epitope-specific immunogen and is greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 61 kDa.
