Anti-CBS Antibody

CBS (Cystathionine Beta-Synthase) is a pyridoxal-5'-phosphate-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the condensation of homocysteine with serine to form cystathionine, a key step in the transsulfuration pathway that links the methionine cycle to cysteine biosynthesis. The enzyme is widely studied in cardiovascular biology, neuroscience, and metabolic disease research because of its central role in homocysteine handling.

This Antibodies.com reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CBS and supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl volume.
