Anti-CBS Antibody

This polyclonal antibody targets cystathionine beta-synthase (CBS), a pyridoxal-5'-phosphate-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the condensation of homocysteine with serine to form cystathionine within the transsulfuration pathway. Raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
