Anti-CBS Antibody

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot-specific.
