Anti-CBR3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody to CBR3 from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CBR3, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total CBR3 protein. It is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
