Anti-CBR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against carbonyl reductase 1 (CBR1), an NADPH-dependent enzyme involved in prostaglandin and carbonyl metabolism. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CBR1, and the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total CBR1 protein. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, buffered in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; the isotype is rabbit IgG and the conjugate is unconjugated, making it well suited for downstream labelling workflows.
