Anti-CBR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against CBR1 is offered by Antibodies.com for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a recombinant human CBR1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of total CBR1 protein in human and mouse samples.

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The CBR1 target is also known as carbonyl reductase [NADPH] 1, SDR21C1, prostaglandin 9-ketoreductase, NADPH-dependent carbonyl reductase 1, 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase [NADP(+)], and 20-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, and carries the enzyme classifications EC 1.1.1.196, EC 1.1.1.197, and EC 1.1.1.71.
