Anti-CBR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is supplied as a purified mouse monoclonal directed against CBR1 (carbonyl reductase [NADPH] 1) and is intended for research use only. The 50 µl preparation is affinity purified and unconjugated, with the IgG1 isotype confirmed on the supplier datasheet. The antibody was raised against purified recombinant human CBR1 protein fragments expressed in E. coli and detects endogenous levels of CBR1 without cross-reacting with related proteins. It is validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution1:1000) and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence staining on human samples. The product is formulated as a liquid in PBS (pH 7.4) containing 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4°C. For long-term stability, aliquots should be stored at -20°C with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
