Anti-CBR1 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-277 of human CBR1 (NP_001748.1) and is described as detecting endogenous levels of total CBR1 protein.

Reactivity is reported for human and mouse samples. Validated applications include Western blot, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000; immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence are also listed among supported applications across the sources. The target migrates at a predicted molecular weight of 35 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
