Anti-CBP Tag Antibody

The Anti-CBP Tag Antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent supplied as 100 ug of unconjugated liquid in a single vial. The CBP tag is a 26-amino-acid calmodulin-binding peptide derived from skeletal muscle myosin light chain kinase, widely fused to recombinant proteins to enable affinity purification on calmodulin resin and detection by western blot or ELISA. This clone recognizes the CBP tag under denaturing and native conditions and is commonly used to confirm expression of CBP-tagged constructs following SDS-PAGE. For best stability, store aliquots frozen at -20 degrees C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Intended for research use only in in vitro applications.
