Anti-CBP (E1528) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against CBP (E1528) and is provided unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1500-1540 of Human CBP, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CBP protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 265 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
