Anti-CBLC Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, distributed by Antibodies.com, targets Cbl-c and is validated for Western blot applications, with immunofluorescence also listed as a reported application. The reagent is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 245–474 of human CBLC (NP_036248.3). For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. In a representative Western blot validation, the antibody was used at 1:1,000 dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, 25 µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, ECL Basic Kit detection, and a 90 second exposure.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
