Anti-CBLB Antibody

Sourced through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human CBLB immunogen and recognises the endogenous Casitas B-lineage proto-oncogene b E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody at 1.0 mg/mL, supplied unconjugated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with Human and Mouse samples, making it suitable for studies of immune receptor signalling, T-cell activation thresholds, and ubiquitin ligase biology. For handling, the product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
