Anti-CBLB Antibody

Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against CBLB, a target protein with a reported molecular weight of 109 kDa. The reagent is produced in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the antibody has been affinity-purified.

It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. The manufacturer's recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen used in generation corresponds to amino acids 1–350 of human CBLB (NP_733762.2).

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
