The CBL protein (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma) functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase and adaptor that regulates signaling downstream of activated receptor tyrosine kinases. Phosphorylation at tyrosine 700 marks an activated state of CBL that is associated with downstream signaling events and receptor turnover. This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the phosphorylated Y700 epitope and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 200 µl vial, ready for direct incorporation into western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows performed on human samples.
