Anti-CBL (phospho Y700) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises human CBL phosphorylated at tyrosine 700 (phospho Tyr700). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for Western blotting (WB) on human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on Y700 of human CBL (NP_005179.2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 120 kDa. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000, and concentration is reported as lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
