Anti-Cbl (phospho-Y700) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognises Cbl only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 700. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cbl surrounding the Tyr700 phosphorylation site. It detects endogenous levels of Cbl and recognises bands of approximately 100 and 120 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
