Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cbl (G694), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 665-710 of human Cbl. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence staining (IF), and has additionally been reported for ICC/IF.
The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and detects endogenous levels of CBL protein. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody has a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises CBL at approximately 100 kDa and 120 kDa.
It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
