Anti-Cbl (E768) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cbl (E768), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.

The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 740–790 of human Cbl and detects endogenous levels of CBL protein. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. Supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the CBL target is approximately 100 and 120 kDa.
