Anti-CBL Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CBL is offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibody range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide mapping to amino acids 850-950 of human CBL (UniProt P22681). Following affinity purification, it is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa and a lot-specific concentration. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
