Anti-CBFB Antibody

The immunogen used to produce the reagent is a recombinant human CBFB protein, and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen to enrich for antigen-specific immunoglobulins. It is supplied unconjugated, in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation adjusted to pH 7.4 that contains 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% (v/v) glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Researchers can apply the antibody in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows; it has been validated to detect endogenous levels of total CBFB in lysates and tissue samples of human and mouse origin.
