Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CBFA2T2, supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human CBFA2T2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CBFA2T2 protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for WB, IHC and IF applications, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of ~67 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
