CBFA2T2 (also known as MTGR1) is a member of the ETO family of transcriptional co-repressors that partners with RUNX transcription factors to recruit histone deacetylase complexes and remodel chromatin. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CBFA2T2 and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting research in hematopoiesis, RUNX1-ETO fusion leukemia biology, intestinal epithelial lineage specification, and neuronal development studies.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a formulation that allows direct dilution into blocking buffers for chromogenic or fluorescent detection without further purification. The polyclonal format increases the likelihood of recognizing multiple epitopes on CBFA2T2, which is useful when probing truncated isoforms, fusion partners, or post-translationally modified forms of the protein in chromatin immunoprecipitation, immunoprecipitation, or colocalization assays with RUNX1 and other binding partners.

Store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the glycerol-containing stock, and protect from light when handling the unconjugated preparation. Each batch is released with quality-control data confirming reactivity against the expected band pattern in lysates from CBFA2T2-expressing cell lines and tissue sections.
