Anti-CBFA2T2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CBFA2T2, also referred to as MTGR1. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, it is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 325–604 of human CBFA2T2 (NP_005084.1). Following affinity purification, the antibody recognises its target at a molecular weight of 72 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.
