Anti-CBF β Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CBF β. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen was a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CBF β. After affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total CBF β protein. The product is backed by two scientific validation images.

It is formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
