The CBFβ protein (Core-Binding Factor Subunit Beta) is a non-DNA-binding partner that heterodimerizes with RUNX family transcription factors to regulate gene expression in hematopoietic and skeletal tissues. This unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against CBFβ and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of leukemogenesis, bone development, and immune cell differentiation. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of polyclonal serum in an unconjugated format, ready for downstream detection with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents. Researchers investigating RUNX1-driven acute myeloid leukemia, the CBFB-MYH11 fusion, or chondrocyte/osteoblast differentiation pathways commonly use this reagent to probe endogenous CBFβ levels across cell lines and tissue sections.
