Anti-CB2 (R334) Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets CB2. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of human CB2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CB2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
