Anti-CB1 (F189) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CB1 (F189) and supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-200 of human CB1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CB1 protein. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It is of the IgG isotype and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has an observed molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa.
