Anti-Caveolin-1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Caveolin-1, validated for Western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is intended to detect endogenous levels of Caveolin-1 protein.

The reagent was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Caveolin-1 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
