Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CATSPER1 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated antibody (isotype IgG) reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human CATSPER1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CATSPER1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
Purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation shows > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE and corresponds to a target of ~ 90 kDa. One scientific validation image is available.
