Anti-CathepsinH (Y205) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Cathepsin H at the Y205 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been tested on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171-210 of Human Cathepsin H. The affinity-purified antibody detects endogenous levels of Cathepsin H protein and is supplied at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE.
