Anti-CathepsinG (R116) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Cathepsin G. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 71-120 of Human Cathepsin G, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Cathepsin G protein. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 30 kDa.
