Anti-CathepsinD (K345) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against Cathepsin D, raised using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 311-360 of the human protein. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It specifically detects endogenous levels of Cathepsin D protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
