Anti-Cathepsin L2 (L114) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Cathepsin L2 (L114). It is supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 91-140 of human Cathepsin L2 and detects endogenous levels of the Cathepsin L2 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa.
