Anti-Cathepsin D (HC) Antibody

The reagent was generated using recombinant full length Human Cathepsin D (Heavy chain) as the immunogen and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It specifically detects endogenous levels of the Cathepsin D heavy chain (27 kDa) protein, with reported molecular weights of approximately 27, 43, and 45 kDa.
