Anti-Cathepsin B (N217) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 181–230 of human Cathepsin B and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the target protein. The unconjugated antibody, designated Anti-Cathepsin B (N217), is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target Cathepsin B protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa.
