Beta-catenin (CTNNB1) is a multifunctional protein central to the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and to E-cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion at adherens junctions. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against Catenin-β and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows. It cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a versatile choice for cross-species studies in oncology, developmental biology, and stem cell research, where β-catenin's role in proliferation, differentiation, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition is commonly investigated. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a vial, the antibody is intended for research use only and should be kept refrigerated with standard aliquoting to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
