Anti-Catenin-β1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Catenin-β1 (CTNNB1) and designed to detect endogenous levels of the total protein. It is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human Catenin-β1 as the immunogen. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The product is offered in a 50 µl volume and should be stored at –20 °C to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, it is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
