A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Catenin-δ1 (G224), offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent, raised in Rabbit, is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 201–250 of Human Catenin-d1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Catenin-d1 protein, a target with a molecular weight of approximately 108 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
