Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Catenin-δ1, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation. The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human Catenin-δ1 and detects endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
The reagent is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is of the IgG isotype. The recognised target has a molecular weight of approximately 108 kDa. Affinity purification using an epitope-specific immunogen delivered a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
