Anti-Catenin-γ Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Catenin-γ (JUP), supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent was raised in rabbit against recombinant full-length human JUP and specifically detects endogenous levels of Catenin-γ protein [C0][S1][S2].

The antibody is unconjugated and presented at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol [C0][S1][S2]. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples [C0][S1][S2]. Affinity purification on epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target migrates at approximately 82 kDa [S1][S2].
