Anti-Catenin-β (Q27) Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Catenin-β. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of human Catenin-β, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Catenin-β protein.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Purification was performed by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 92 kDa.
