Anti-Catenin-β (phospho-T41/S45) Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a primary antibody: a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Catenin-β that specifically recognises the protein only when phosphorylated at threonine 41 and serine 45. It is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody was generated using a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding threonine 41 and 45 of human Catenin-β, and detects endogenous levels of beta-catenin only when phosphorylated at Thr41/S45. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. One scientific image is provided with the product.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 92 kDa.
