Anti-Catenin-β (phospho-T41/S45) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Catenin-β only when phosphorylated at threonine 41 and serine 45. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding threonine 41 and 45 of human Catenin-β. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The detected target has a molecular weight of approximately 92 kDa.
