Anti-Catenin-β (I35) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of human Catenin-β, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the Catenin-β protein.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation shows a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and recognises a band with a molecular weight of approximately 92 kDa.
