Anti-Catenin-β Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Catenin-β, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The immunogen used was recombinant full length human Catenin-β, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of the CTNNB1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 92 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
