Anti-Catenin-β Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against β-catenin (Catenin-β), a dual-function protein that acts as a nuclear transcriptional co-activator in canonical Wnt signaling and anchors the cadherin-based adherens junction at the plasma membrane. Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and packaged as a 100 µl vial sized for routine immunoblotting workflows.
