Anti-Catenin-α1/2 (P940) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human Catenin-α2. The unconjugated reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of Catenin-α1/2 protein. Reactivity is reported for human, mouse and rat samples, and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target migrates at approximately 100 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
