Anti-Catalase (phospho-Y385) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Catalase when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 385, enabling selective detection of the phosphorylated form of the target protein.

The antibody is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Catalase around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 385, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Catalase protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr385.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 60 kDa.
